Vivakos, Inc., a leading developer and integrator of open source and open standards based Web solutions for commercial and non-profit organizations, is seeking Project Manager/Analysts with 2-4 yrs experience. As a Project Manager/Analyst, you will work on a variety of web development engagements for a diverse set of clients. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and the systematic execution of projects meeting scope, time, and budget constraints. In the role of PM/Analyst, you will be involved in both new development and ongoing support of existing client solutions. You should be a self-starter with team leadership experience and exposure to all phases of the system development life cycle. You will lead small teams (2-5) of experienced solution designers and developers. In support of our clients, you will also execute on various support requests for existing customers.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness and ability to get your hands dirty in the delivery of services to your clients.
• Ability to deliver presentations and interact professionally with client executives.
• Desire to work as a team member and lead a team of experienced professionals.
• Ability to work autonomously, such as on independent research projects.
• Ability to write solid technical papers, reports, client deliverables, and other documentation.
• Ability to manage and deliver on multiple concurrent project tasks.
• Willingness to learn and apply new (and potentially unorthodox) tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• A positive attitude and energetic personality.
• A Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills:

• Some web programming experience/exposure is strongly preferred
• Knowledge and experience with project management standards and techniques
• Proficiency with MS Project or similar
• Exposure to web content management systems is a huge plus
• A strong sense of design aesthetics, especially as it pertains to interactive user interface design

Full-time, part-time, and short-term DIRECT contracts may be considered.
